Hi there! I'm Nikki; born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, moved to San Diego, and have recently ended up here in the sunny Gulf Coast to live with my girlfriend, Delanie. Yes, I did uhaul it across the country in typical lesbian fashion, thankyouverymuch!  I've been a professional portrait and lifestyle photographer for over six years, but I have loved being behind the camera for as long as I can remember.

I started Brighter Days Photography as a promise to myself… to be out loud and proud no matter what. Brighter Days Photography is for all my fellow LGBTQIA+ folks, families, and lovers. My work is dedicated to those seeking a safe, inclusive photographer. All are welcome here, and I'm committed to providing a space for everyone.
